I went to the movie believing Cloverfield would look like this. no... the movie is fail. They should recreate the movie with this monster. Start over.
You have a monster fetish, imo. :o
Makes sense, Rina is monstrously wantable
it would have made more sense
I am still upset about this
i dont know if that design would have made the movie better for me- im jaded to the whole "human interest" element that all these macro disaster films revolve around- we get it- humans in panic are dumber then normal and do things in haste/ what would you have liked to see the pictured version do?- would you have liked the movie if it were the EXACT same- but modified with that version?(curious curious)/
>>75.. Why would an alien look like a whale?
>>260Ahhh so hes an alien?I thought it was like an American Gozilla, targeting environmental issues. Plus I LOVE WHALES PHUAAAAH!!!
yeah... but other than that the movie just made me dizzy...
>>261 SPOILERS: At the end, where they're at the carnival, you can see him crash into the ocean.
>>260I'm with Rina on this one. The design that they actually used was trite. The whale design is extremely bizarre, and that's really it's appeal: it takes something that we usually assume to be docile and we think we really understand - whales - and then perverts that archetype into something really, really horrifying and fucked-up. I love this design, personally.
Personally, I'm more focused on the parasites, which look like giant crablice.
Is that Sin from the Final Fantasy series? X I think.
better watch Night at the Museum 2,it may be a Disney but Octopus is awesome!!
Ben Stiller is not trying too hard in this one,Robin Wiilliams is fine as usual.
