Wieso? Findest du dich selbst nicht attraktiv, oder ist das eher die Angst von der Gesellschaft beobachtet und abgelehnt zu werden weil man dem aktuellen Schönheitsideal nicht entspricht? Ich meine vor einigen Jahrhunderten galten Rubensfrauen als DAS Vorbild für Erotik schlechthin. Auch in anderen Teilen der Welt wird Übergewicht nicht so kritisch gesehen wie im Westen. Da spielt halt viel rein, kulturelle Einflüsse, Wohlstand der Gesellschaft, etc.

Aber gut, wir leben im hier und jetzt, und ich kann das gut nachvollziehen. Ich bin auch meilenweit davon entfernt, mein Normalgewicht zu erreichen. Und ich kenne auch die Ängste vor gesellschaftlicher Ablehnung, der Angst einer zukünftigen Partnerin optisch nicht zu gefallen, der Hänseleien die da draußen auf einen warten. :/ Es heißt ja immer, solange du selbst zufrieden bist, ist ja alles ok. Daran habe ich meine Zweifel oder aber kein stark ausgeprägtes Selbstbewusstsein. Oh, damit kritisiere ich meine vorhin aufgestellte Frage. Naja, ich suche für mich selbst auch noch die ultimative Antwort auf all das. Ob ich sie finden werde? Ich habe nicht den geringsten Schimmer.

Ich meine es gehört schon eine Menge mut dazu sich im Internet nackt zu präsentieren, gerade wenn man eben nicht dem gängigen Schönheitsideal entspricht. Und im Internet sind Menschen ja eh noch mal eine Schippe härter. Ob sie nur ehrlicher sind oder einfach nur trollen? Wer weiß das schon. Solange du deine Fans hast zeigt es doch dass das was du machst ja auch gemocht wird. Daraus kann man sicherlich Kraft uns Selbstbewusstsein ziehen. Mein Respekt ist dir sicher.

I think you're lovely. If you want to lose weight, which is good for health reasons, then you need to think about what kind of lifestyle changes you can make and stick with. A diet or short-term weight loss program will produce results, but you'll just put it back on. I realized that I needed to make some serious changes, so I looked at what I was eating and how active I was. I seriously cut back on drinking Coke and beer (still do, just not nearly as much), and I started walking more (I actually enjoy walking). Because I didn't cut anything completely out, and I enjoy walking, I've been able to keep those changes up for about a year and a half now. I'm not dropping weight rapidly, but over that time I've lost about 48 pounds (22 kg), and I'm still dropping (would like to lose about 30 pounds more). Slow and sustainable is the way to go - don't punish yourself because you won't stick with it.
