If I were ever to be Emperor or Tyrant, I would have a secret dungeon. I would take abducted people to my secret dungeon and then mutilate, torture, and humiliate them.

I could have a team of brainwashed elite kidnap entire families for me and have them take the family to the dungeon, where I could then have my way with them.

Also, I could kidnap young children and take them to an isolated biodome and raise them without any outside bias as an experiment. Have groups of them, even, seperate from each other for the 10-12 years of their life, and then suddenly introduce them to each other. How would they react? Like the monkies from 2001: A Space Oyddesy?

So many things I would love to do, yet so little power to do so.
